Turbines
Each hydroelectric production site is unique in its geographical location, topography and the characteristics of its watercourse.
Each turbine is therefore a unique machine that must be designed with the utmost rigor, manufactured, assembled and installed on site with the utmost care in order to be used in the best conditions of efficiency, longevity and reliability.
00 – Precision
Each of our achievements combines the hydraulic precision that results from the adaptation to each site of the profiles of the distributor and the wheel thanks to our models; and calculations developed in-house and with sixty years of feedback on experience. As well as the mechanical robustness resulting from:
– Mechanical parts (drive shaft, flanges, studs, etc.) made of steel whose grade and means of production allow exceptional resistance to fatigue stresses and operating stresses.
– Wheel and blades from our foundry models and fully machined in our workshops (manual finishes and balancing)
– Bearings and plain bearings with a service life of more than 100,000 hours
– The adjustment of mechanical parts in the rules of the art
– A design that integrates operating, care and maintenance constraints from the outset
